• The service will only commence upon receipt of your national identification within two (2) days of receiving the service contract.
• Failure to provide the required documents may result in service suspension.

• All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be processed once a subscription has been activated.
• If necessary, subscribers may pause services for up to 60 days and resume within this period.
• By subscribing to our paid services, you acknowledge and accept this No Refund & No Cancellation Policy.

• The recommendations provided as part of your KYC form submission do not constitute a solicitation to buy or sell securities or commodities.

We enforce strict trading discipline, including a Stop-Loss Policy.
By subscribing to our services, you agree to:

• Use equal lots/amounts for all trades.
• Follow predefined stop-loss levels to manage risks.
• Avoid trading based on unauthorized recommendations.

• No refunds will be provided once the service is activated.
• We advise all clients to thoroughly review service details, terms, and our privacy policy before making payments.
• Unauthorized usage of credit cards or accounts for subscription payments is strictly the user’s responsibility.

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Seyola Live harmless against any claims or losses resulting from:

• Third-party actions related to unauthorized access to your account.

• In the event of any conflict between this User Agreement and other documents, this Agreement shall prevail.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved as per UAE laws.

Our services are not available to residents of the following countries: Afghanistan, Albania, Angola, Bahamas, Barbados, Botswana, Cambodia, China, Côte d’Ivoire, Crimea & Sevastopol, Cuba, North Korea, Democratic Congo, Ghana, Iran, Jamaica, Liberia, Libya, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Panama, Puerto Rico, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Trinidad & Tobago, Uganda, United States, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.

It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction before using our services.

This Agreement may be terminated by Seyola Live under the following conditions:

• Unauthorized access or misuse of our platform.
• Violation of any stated Terms & Conditions.
• Attempted transfer of rights granted under this Agreement.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement shall immediately revert to Seyola live.
